  • We are members of CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) and as such, we meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance, including: technical ability, equality, insurance cover, and environment.

  • We are also members of the British Safety Council, one of the world's leading workplace health, safety and environmental organisations, which provide up-to-date and accurate information and guidance on health, safety and environmental issues.

  • As members of Constructionline, we are pre-qualified to the Government standard and monitored by them. It is the UK's largest certified pre-qualification database and is used by over 60% of local authorities.

  • Our demolition operatives are trained through the NFDC (National Federation of Demolition Contractors) training programmes, which is the voice of the UK demolition industry. The NFDC also monitor best practice and police the same.

  • Our asbestos removal Operatives, Supervisors and Management are trained through ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association).
