P McGuinness & Co Ltd have worked in partnership with professional Health and Safety Consultants for a number of years to assist our company in achieving a high level of safety management conformity, as well as developing good working practice based expertise that uses tried and tested training programmes.
All McGuinness’ personnel including the Management Team have undertaken safety training courses and are accredited under the Construction Safety Scheme using the CSCS training route or a recognised vocational certification.
Our asbestos removal operatives are fully trained.
Pat McGuinness possesses the WAMITAB qualification.

At the same time we have remained compliant with the multitude of health and safety regulations that control the construction industry, to that end, we can produce coherent documentation ensuring any work carried out in such a strict environment is carefully controlled and the necessary audit trail required by clients and planning supervisors is evident.
A specific Risk Assessment/Method Statement is carried out for each and every site and all operatives are aware of methodology and his/her role in the task required.
